Web-Based Video Conferencing

OHM BOCES affords component districts the opportunity to bulk purchase Zoom licensing. Zoom Meeting licenses that are purchased from OHM BOCES will be:

1. Managed by collaborative efforts between the school district and OHM BOCES
2. Eligible for training, support, and customization from OHM BOCES
3. Compliant with New York State Ed Law 2d under the umbrella of a contract between Erie 2 BOCES and Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
4. Able to expand features that are shared among our component districts, including:
    
   • Large Meeting (500) - 2 licenses 
   • Large Meeting (1000) - 1 license
   • Webinar (100) - 1 license
   • Webinar (500) - 2 licenses
