CJ Parking Enforcement Patrols
“Be kind, park with others in mind!”
As part of their work-based learning, Criminal Justice II students conduct parking enforcement patrols. Students verify that all parked vehicles have current registration and inspection stickers and that all student drivers have visible parking passes in their vehicles. Additionally, they look for vehicles that may be parked outside of the lines, not in a designated area, in a fire lane or blocking a fire hydrant.
Any vehicle found to be in violation receives a "courtesy notice" that informs them of the issue found.
This year, CJ II students are also leaving a notice on uninspected vehicles to let the driver know that the Automotive Technology class offers vehicle inspections.
