OHM BOCES Culinary Team Places 2nd in Competition

The Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES Culinary Arts students attended the 13th Annual NYSRAEF ProStart Invitational, which was held at Monroe College in New Rochelle, NY, on March 24 & 25, 2017.
 
The Culinary Team placed second in the competition. 
 
The ProStart Invitational is one of the New York State Restaurant Association’s largest events. Top industry and post-secondary representatives from around the nation annually attend. Thirteen schools from all over the State, and for the first time Vermont, participated in challenges designed to test students culinary and restaurant management. More than a hundred students, educators and industry professionals were on hand for this year’s competition.
