Hubbell Galvanizing & Fortress Fusion Coatings, Inc. is a manufacturing company that specializes in galvanizing, metallizing, and powder coating. We use a hot dip process that metallurgically alloys zinc to steel and guarantee decades of durability. Our galvanizing kettle is 5 feet wide, 46 feet long and 10 feet deep- large enough to handle just about any piece of steel. Fortress Fusion Coatings, Inc. grew out of the galvanizing process at Hubbell Galvanizing. We developed Fortress Fusion powder coating to add years of beautiful, durable color to our customers’ products. We can match any color of paint over steel or galvanized steel, and even feature powder coating over aluminum. Our equivalent to color galv is great for anything from structural supports to handrails to fine art. Galvanizing is our primary economic engine and all operations and the corporate headquarters are at one site in New York Mills, NY. The facilities operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
