On October 1, the Early Childhood Education Nursery School held its first day of the 2024-25 school year. The students in the class of 2039 were excited to learn what school is all about and they sang a song as they waved goodbye to their parents.
All preschool-aged children – which includes children ages 2.5-5 – are eligible to be evaluated for preschool special education services. The free, multidisciplinary evaluation will determine the child’s current level of functioning and how best to meet their needs.

On July 30, students in the P-TECH program visited the New York Power Authority (NYPA) Energy Zone in Utica as a result of the partnership between P-TECH and the NYPA.
