NYS Education Department’s Digital Resources Survey
To Parent/Guardian of an OHM BOCES Student:
Collecting accurate data regarding digital resource access for our New York students will greatly help educators to better serve their students and families. In order to accomplish this, the New York State Education Department is asking parents or guardians to complete a Digital Resources survey for students in grades kindergarten-grade 12.
This survey will provide information on student access to devices and internet access in their places of residence.
- Please complete a survey for each OHM BOCES student in your family.
- For example, if you have two students in OHM BOCES program(s), please complete two surveys.
- Digital Resources Survey Question Guidance - reference for any needed clarification to assist you in completing this survey.
To assist us in this process, please fill in your student’s last and first name, select student’s OHM BOCES Program, and answer all nine questions on the survey (link to the survey below).
