Responsible for leadership and supervision of staff and setting the strategic direction of departments and/or divisions.

The Area Coordinator is a full-time professional staff member in the Office of Student Living and Campus Engagement and the Student Affairs Division.  Area Coordinators are responsible for the planning and delivery of a Student Living program for the area they supervise.

Responsibilities include the development and execution of undergraduate recruitment activities. The incumbent is responsible for development and formation of relationships with prospective students, parents, high schools, school counselors, community colleges, clinical partners and college counselors.

The Classroom Aide will work with the classroom team, this includes parent(s)/guardian(s), families, volunteers, and other classroom staff to ensure the successful operation of the classroom to implement the curriculum to achieve outcomes for children.  Assumes the role of the Assistant Teacher in their absence.

The Enrollment Operations Assistant provides support for the enrollment of on-line undergraduate, on-line graduate, and ground undergraduate and graduate students to the College.

Responsible for teaching classes, developing curriculum, and engaging in collegewide collegial work.

Performs a wide variety of recruitment and general functions in the Office of Human Resources. Requires thorough knowledge of departmental and University-wide employment processes and policies.

A school library media specialist works alongside a school librarian to manage the library’s media resources. Job duties typically include processing new media, finding materials for patrons, helping teachers and students conduct research, and sometimes programming computer equipment.

Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and/or heating and cooling activities of College buildings.

Responsible for routine patrol work involving responsibility for checking the security of buildings and grounds.

Incumbent is responsible for enhancing the student academic experience by coordinating and managing the operations of the resource sharing (Interlibrary loan and document delivery) and reserve services.

Responsible for supporting students through direct support activities and/or implementation of back-office processes.

A Teacher, or Classroom Instructor, is responsible for supervising, educating and supporting students to help them accomplish learning benchmarks. Their duties include planning lessons that target specific skills and concepts, managing classroom behavior to keep all students engaged in the lesson and providing individual support and feedback for their students.

A teaching assistant, also called a teacher assistant, is an individual who helps instruct students within a classroom, often in small groups, and contributes to class planning and organization. They may benefit from having an in-depth understanding of children's behaviors and developmental milestones. Their responsibilities and duties can vary depending on the classroom size, the school district and the student's requirements and learning style. Teaching assistants may work with students individually to practice the development of specific skills, such as reading and writing, or lead small groups through educational activities and learning games.

This career should not be confused with a graduate teaching assistant, who is a university graduate student serving in a support role for their professor.
