Registration Dates and Instructions

This information is for school district staff - only district staff can register students. Registration will continue to be through SchoolTool - Directions to follow through email.
 

Registration Dates:

Registration begins on June 1, 2026 @ 8:00 a.m.
 

Registration Ends (please strictly adhere to all deadline dates):
 

  • Elementary - June 26 @ 4:00 p.m.
  • Middle School - June 26 @ 4:00 p.m.
  • High School - June 29 @ 4:00 p.m.

IEP’s, 504 Plans and copies of driver’s license/permit for Driver Education Students must be sent to the attention of Angela Evans, Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES, Middle Settlement Academy @ MVCC by June 29, 2026.
 


Allowable number of HS and MS course/tutorial/exam selections:
 

  • HS (grades 9-12) may register for: up to 2 direct instruction courses OR 1 direct instruction & up to 2 PLATO courses OR up to 4 PLATO only courses (please register for all exams even if associated with a course or tutorial).
  • MS (grades 6-8) may register for: up to 2 direct instruction courses OR 1 direct instruction & up to 2 PLATO courses.

IMPORTANT:

The last record submitted for a student will be the one used to register him/her.

  • Previous records will be deleted, so all information must be entered in every submission.
  • If adding or changing a course(s) for a student who was previously submitted, any courses that were previously entered and will still be taken will also need to be entered in subsequent submissions.
