The 2023 Regional Summer School Program will be offered in person to students in Grades 7-12 for academic remediation, credit recovery, and driver education.

Remsen Jr./Sr. High School (Remsen students only)
Grades 7-9:
Perry Junior High School in New Hartford
Remsen Jr./Sr. High School (Remsen students only)
Courses:
Allowable number of HS and MS course/tutorial/exam selections:
HS (grades 9 - 12) may register for: up to 2 direct instruction courses OR 1 direct instruction & up to 2 PLATO courses OR up to 4 PLATO only courses; up to 2 tutorials; and up to 4 Regents exams (please register for all exams even if associated with a course or tutorial).
MS (grades 7 & 8) may register for: up to 2 courses.
Driver Education will be made available to interested students from participating school districts.

Times: Instructional times and driving times will be determined at the start of the program by the driving instructors in conjunction with registered students.
Students will be contacted prior to July 5, 2023 with a course schedule.
Participating school districts:
Clinton, Holland Patent, New York Mills, Oriskany, Remsen, Waterville.
Only students from participating school districts may register.
Driver Education students must be 16 or older and produce a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit.
The school district is responsible for securing this information and must send copies to OHM BOCES prior to the first day of instruction.
The Elementary Summer School Program will be offered in person to students in grades K-6 for academic remediation. The program will focus on English Language Arts and Mathematics. Will continue to infuse SEL components into the program.

ES program will run: 4 days per week: Monday – Thursday.

Whitesboro CSD and New York Mills UFSD
Students will receive a progress notice at the end of the program.
