Wurz, Michael

Mr. Wurz is happy to join the team at P-TECH OHM as a social studies teacher! Prior to joining P-TECH, he worked at Middle Settlement Academy and Dobbs Ferry High School.

Mr. Wurz received his Bachelor's degree in Adolescent Social Studies Education (Grades 7-12) from The College at St. Rose and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from SUNY Empire. He knows first hand how important workplace skills that are emphasized in P-TECH are (leadership, communication, problem solving, creative thinking). He looks forward to helping students at P-TECH OHM succeed!
