Registration

Register all: one-year programs (Animal Science, Nursing Assistant, Food Service, MiTech 9, MiTech 10, Multi-Occupations, Health Careers Exploration and Trades Exploration), first year of two-year program, and New Visions students, as well as students changing programs. Registration instructions in "Links to PDFs" section below.

Registration for New Visions programs begins Monday, March 2, 2026 and ends Friday, March 27, 2026.

Registration for all regular CTE students - EXCEPT students returning for second year of two-year program – opens Monday, March 16, 2026.

• Notre Dame: Email your OHM BOCES CTE counselor for non-SchoolTool CTE Registration web address.

Note: It is imperative that, when applicable, you indicate IEP or 504 Plan when registering students and provide OHM BOCES CTE Main Office with a current copy of IEP or 504 Plan.  

CTE Application Form and New Visions Application Form - forms you can print to send home with students to obtain parent/guardian permission and/or use to aid in the SchoolTool/online registration process and to subsequently send copies to CTE Main Office.

  Please submit student’s completed New Visions packet, and any other documentation (IEP/504) and send to OHM BOCES CTE Guidance Office by March 27, 2026 for committee review.
