Chef Gina Courto
Chef Gina Courto joined the OHM BOCES Career and Technical Education Center as a Culinary Arts teacher in 2007.
Prior to joining BOCES, Chef Courto was employed as a caterer, cook, waitress, bartender and corporate training and development instructor. She holds a NYS Teacher Professional Certification, ServSafe Instructor Certification and ServSafe Proctor Certification. Chef Courto studied at SUNY Cortland, Utica College and SUNY Oswego.
Chef Courto loves what she does and genuinely wants her students to succeed. Her favorite part of her job is when students master a skill that they never thought they would be able to master.
In her free time, Chef Courto enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking, reading and watching NY Yankees games.
