Early Childhood Education
Early Childhood Education students engage in a variety of learning opportunities, including dual-credit courses
through Mohawk Valley Community College that lead to practical experience with daycare, preschool and
elementary classrooms. Students will operate a laboratory nursery school under the direction of the program’s
teacher at the Career and Technical Education Center. Students gain practical experience working in internships
at local elementary schools and daycare centers.
