Ms. Foote
Mrs. Foote is the school social worker for P-TECH-OHM. She is a licensed clinical social worker and it is her role to provide behavioral, social and emotional support for students so they may achieve success in the academic setting. She works closely with students and their families and provides referrals for community based services based on students' needs.
Mrs. Foote has worked for Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES and Jefferson-Lewis BOCES since 2008. Prior to joining P-Tech she worked in the BRIDGES program with students in grades K-12. While employed at Jefferson-Lewis BOCES, she worked in the ACES (Alternative Center for Educational Services) program with students in grades 9-12. Mrs. Foote has also spent time as a primary therapist at the House of the Good Shepherd serving students and their families in both the residential treatment center and group home settings.
Mrs. Foote received her Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University. As an undergrad, she received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Utica College. She is excited to join the P-TECH program and looks forward to helping students at P-TECH OHM succeed!
