  • The purpose of the Human Resources Office is to provide organization-wide support to all staff members while pursuing the mission statement of the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES.

    The primary responsibilities of this office include:
    • Recruitment and hiring,
    • Maintenance and management of personnel records,
    • Regional teacher certification services for certificated employees,
