Mrs. Erin Brewer joined the OHM BOCES Career and Technical Education Center as a Multi-Occupations teacher in 2016. Prior to joining BOCES, she worked as a Head Start/Early Head Start substitute, an Adult Education Literacy Instructor and a long-term and per diem substitute teacher in several schools.

Mrs. Brewer earned her Master of Science from Walden University, Bachelor of Science from SUNY Oneonta and Associate of Science from Mohawk Valley Community College. She holds NYS professional certifications in early elementary education (birth-2) and elementary education (1-6).

Mrs. Brewer has extensive experience at almost all education levels from pre-k through grade 12 and adult education. She is always willing to learn, grow and evolve as part of being a teacher and an overall human being. Her favorite part of her job is to take her students out to various workplaces where they can learn and practice new skills.

In her free time, Mrs. Brewer volunteers with Feed Our Vets and enjoys reading, listening to music, playing piano and sewing.
