Mr. Doug Pilbeam joined the OHM BOCES Career and Technical Education Center as an Outdoor Power/Recreational Equipment Technology teacher in 2005. He enjoys working with students and comes into the classroom every day with a positive attitude and open mind.

Prior to joining BOCES, Mr. Pilbeam worked in both the agricultural and heavy equipment fields, and was employed as a mechanic with Clinton Tractor for 18 years and as a service manager for John Deere. He earned his associate degree in diesel mechanics from SUNY Morrisville and holds various certifications in hydraulics and electrics.
