The Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES is the lead agency in the Engineering by Design™ Consortium for New York state. In 2012, we brought this exciting, pre-engineering program to school districts in New York state.

 

Engineering by Design™ is a standards-based K-12 instructional package for Technological Literacy developed by the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA). In most instances Engineering by Design™ can be implemented using existing technologies commonly found in schools and technology programs.
