The Oneida County Career Pathways Program (formerly Tech Prep) offers the opportunity for students to take challenging high school and college classes that will prepare them for high skilled jobs. There are four Career Pathways curriculum areas available to local high school students:
- Engineering & Technolgy
Courses in these curriculum areas will help students be successful in whatever career area they decide to pursure.The Tech Prep program provides meaningful educational opportunities that help young people succeed in both college and work. Students can put their time in high school to good use and take the Tech Prep courses that will give them an important advantage in college and in life.
The high-skilled workplace of today requires a good understanding of technology, business, and/or communications.
