Apprentice Technician
A person who holds a diploma in engineering/non-engineering and undergoing apprenticeship training in designated trade.

Assistant Service Manager
An assistant service manager provides leadership for a group of people for any company that provides service to customers. The goal of the assistant manager is to ensure the best-possible service is being provided to customers and employees are adhering to all laws and company policies.

Automotive Technician
Performs repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.

Director of Fixed Operation
Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of the service and parts department managers.

Lube Technician
Lube technicians are employed by car dealerships and automotive repair shops to perform routine vehicle maintenance. They lubricate vehicle engine parts and wheel bearings as well as replace air, oil, cabin, and fuel filters.

Master Technician
Master technicians work to diagnose issues on cars and trucks, usually with the assistance of a computer. Along with basic car maintenance (oil changes, fluid level evaluation, etc.), they will repair and replace parts that include sensors, brakes, and wheels.

The service technician's responsibilities include traveling to customers' locations, remotely accessing equipment, and performing routine maintenance. The service technician will install and test products and provide customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product.

Shop foremen supervise the daily operations of various trades and services in the commercial and industrial industries. They manage staff schedules, coordinate the maintenance of equipment and machinery, and ensure that operations run smoothly.
