Welcome to the world of Buzz! Getting started with Buzz is very simple, teachers can create a course and a course code to enroll students in under 5 minutes.
Step 1: Create a course.
Once a teacher has logged into Buzz, they have the ability to create as many courses as they would like. The following video will walk you through how to create a course.
You may also wish to copy a course from a previous school year instead of create a brand new one. The video below will walk you through how to create a copy of a previous course.
Step 2: Create a course code that students can use to enroll in a course.
Buzz allows teachers to create a course code that students can then use to enroll within that course. The following video will walk you through how to create a course code.
Congratulations! You now have a course and have a way to enroll students! But what will you add to your course?
Please note that if your District uses the Schooltool Sync and you wish to enroll students using that method, please fill out a Schooltool Sync ticket in our OHM eLearning Help Desk, which you can click here to access.
Step 3: Adding Curriculum To A Course Through The Digital Library
Wondering or worried about having to create curriculum in a hurry to add to your course. No worries, we have your back! Teachers can use the Digital Library in Buzz to add pre-made curriculum into their course. The Digital Library even allows for teachers to edit this pre-made curriculum to fit their own needs! The following video will walk you through how to add curriculum through the Digital Library.
