Order Exams

  • 2023-2024 Examinations:
    We are now accepting orders for 2023-2024 examinations. Please follow the instructions below to create an account in our order system and to submit your order.

  • Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Orders received by our preferred deadline are guaranteed to be fulfilled. Orders received by the soft deadline are nearly certain to be fulfilled, however, if they are received after the soft-deadline they may not be fulfilled due to limitations in our printing and shipping capacity. Orders will not be accepted after the hard deadline passes.

    Please read each of the steps below prior to accessing our Online Order Management System to submit your order:

    1. Become familiar with the format and expectations for our examination. This information is summarized on our Exam Information page.

    2. Ensure that our updated (10/11/23) Terms of Administration are reviewed. An authorized employee of the school district will be required to agree to these terms prior to submitting an order for examinations. Districts who do not agree to these terms may not order or administer examinations created by Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES.

    3. Updates on our ordering process:
      1. We now accept orders submitted by school building leaders of their district. As such, we no longer require a single order per district. This feature upgrade does not supersede school district policies that may limit building-level purchases on behalf of the school district. The option to submit a single order on behalf of an entire school district is still available.
      2. If a school district submits multiple orders for an examination, we will attempt to combine orders into a single shipment when possible. If that is not possible, shipping charges will be applied to each order. This does not apply to local school districts who use the OHM Courier Service.
      3. Should a school district wish to modify an existing order, please submit a ticket to our eLearning Web Help Desk. Select "World Languages / Examination Support" from the drop-down menu and describe the order modification. 
      4. Each school (district or building depending on how orders are submitted) is subject to a one-time $80 processing fee per school year. If an order is submitted for January, your school will not be charged for the processing fee in June.
      5. January and June examinations must be ordered separately. Please submit two different orders if you would like to order examinations for both administrations.
      6. Schools that have an outstanding balance with OHM BOCES for previous examination orders will not have their orders fulfilled until payment is made for their outstanding balance.

    4. To submit or review the status of an existing order, please access your account on the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES Online Order Management System for World Languages Examinations.
      1. New accounts may be created by visiting the order management system page and clicking the link to Create an Account.
      2. Have an account but forgot your password? Existing users should use the Reset Password link to receive an email with instructions to complete a password reset.
