Notice is hereby given of the intention of the OHM BOCES Cooperative Board to hold a public hearing on the adoption of the 2024-2025 District-Wide School Safety Plan. This public hearing will be held after the 30-day public comment period has ended for the District-Wide School Safety Plan.

The Board is hereby encouraging input from stakeholders (stakeholders shall mean parents, school administrators, collective bargaining units, community members, prosecutors, courts, students, teachers, parent and student organizations, probation officers, defense counsel and any other concerned or interested person) during the public comment period commencing on the date of the announcement and ending at the conclusion of the public hearing on this issue.

The public hearing will be held at 4:15 p.m.,15 minutes before the regularly scheduled Board Meeting, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 4747 Middle Settlement Road, New Hartford, NY 13413. At such time, the comments of all interested persons regarding the subject of the 2024-25 OHM BOCES District-Wide School Safety Plan will be heard.
