Computer Programming - Tiffany Piatkowski

  • One course that I teach is ET154 Computer Applications.  This course is offered as a dual credit course through Mohawk Valley Community College and students earn two college credits upon successful completion.
     

    Mohawk Valley Community College Course Catalog Description: This is a foundation course in computer programming for Electrical Engineering Technology. No previous programming knowledge is assumed. The course uses a high level programming language and examines the available structures on a typical personal computer platform. Programming techniques and algorithm development are presented with real world examples from the electrical field. The use of schematic capture and electrical circuit simulation software is included.

     
     
     Students are asked to bring the following supplies with them daily:

     

    • 1 inch binder
    • Blue/black pen
    • Pencil with eraser
    • Highlighter
    • Lab Manual (provided to students on first day)
