Media Library - New Title Request Form

Use this form to request the addition of new titles to our Media Library -- whether Multiple Book classroom sets, Large Print books, ebook or audiobook (via Sora), or dvd video.

NOTE: New Multiple Book set requests can take up to 2 months to be fulfilled.

Music Library - New Title Request Form

The Cooperative Music Library enables participating school districts to cooperatively purchase choral, band and orchestral music. Participating school music teachers should use this form to suggest new title purchases.

Resource Account Request Form

Use this form to request new BOCES resource accounts or account updates in the OPALS Media Library catalog (formerly SNAP), and Sora. The OPALS Media Library catalog hosts both physical and digital resources, including the Multiple Book Library and Sheet Music Library.
