The purpose of the Human Resources Office is to provide organization-wide support to all staff members while pursuing the mission statement of the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES.
The primary responsibilities of this office include:- Recruitment and hiring,
- Maintenance and management of personnel records,
- Regional teacher certification services for certificated employees.
