Services are delivered
collaboratively with the Arc of Oneida Lewis staff and
community-based agencies and are designed to implement the
transition goals of the student's Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Comprehensive services may include but are not limited to:
- Community-based career
exploration, shadowing and internship
- On-the-job training
- Job development
- Job coaching
- Residential support services
- Travel and transportation
training
- Case management
- Employment counseling
- Family support services
- Linkage with any community-based
service/agency needed to overcome a barrier to employment
- 12 month program
