This program is designed for high
school students enrolled in the 12:1:1 Mild and Moderate
Programs and the 12:1:3 Autism Program as a half-day
offering that allows students career exploration to develop
social skills, job readiness skills and to learn how to
participate appropriately within the community. The primary goal
of the program is to provide students a smooth transition into
post secondary programs and/or employment. Students' individual IEP transition goals are addressed through a combination of
classroom instruction and community work experiences throughout
the school year. |
