The Goal of the Oneida BOCES School and Business Alliance Program is that: Students will be knowledgeable about the world of work, explore career options, and make informed career decisions. Every year, the School and Business Alliance coordinates career-shadowing experiences for over 1,000 students. The students are from school districts associated with OHM BOCES. By spending a day at a worksite with a professional they get to experience careers in "real life" situations. Mission Why Career Development?
