The Goal of the Oneida BOCES School and Business Alliance (SABA) Program is that: Students will be knowledgeable about the world of work, explore career options, and make informed career decisions. Every year SABA coordinates career-shadowing experiences for over 1,000 students. The students are from school districts associated with Oneida BOCES.
