Career Shadowing - Students participate in a full-day career shadowing experience at the worksite. Students prepare for the experiences through interest inventories, career research, and a variety of other preparatory activities. Over 1,000 students participate in a career shadowing experience annually. Over 250 employers host the students.

Career Speakers - Business professionals visit classrooms on a regular basis to share information about careers and job skills with students. Each year close to 300 career presentations are provided by over 100 different business representatives.

Worksite Visits Career Tours - Students have the opportunity to visit many different businesses in order to explore the work environment and learn about various job opportunities. Students are divided into "career cluster areas" so that they can visit the worksites that match with their career interests. Over 65 career tours take place annually.

SABA Breakfast - Hosted by the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison Workforce Investment Board (WIB), the annual SABA Breakfast brings together business professionals and high school students so that students can learn about job opportunities in the Mohawk Valley.
