The goal of the Oneida SABA Program is that all students graduating from our local high schools will have at least one opportunity to spend a day at a worksite in a career shadowing experience. This experience brings reality to the career choice and helps students "sample" the career. What better way to know if you will like a career than if you experience it.  All students research the career before the shadowing and send thank-you notes to their hosts after the shadowing.  The Oneida SABA Program thanks all of the businesses that allow students to spend a day shadowing at their place of business. During the 2007-08 school year, 214 employers provided the opportunity for 950 students to participate in a career shadowing experience.  Link to list of businesses.
