| The School/Curriculum Improvement Service links research and
best practice with curriculum, instruction, assessment design
and implementation congruent with the new learning standards.
Services include curriculum planning, learning centered instructional
strategies, and authentic student assessment design. In addition,
the service provides orientation, awareness training, coordination,
consultation and technical assistance in planning, organizational
development, and process skills. It allows for an integrated approach
through a flexible framework designed to permit customizing and
tailoring to meet specific district needs. |
