"What's the weather like?" It is one of the most asked questions you hear. The weather is one topic that everybody experiences and has an opinion about. But the multitude of factors that affect our weather is somewhat of a mystery to most people.
The weather affects what crops we can grow, which animals can survive, how we travel, what clothes we wear and how much water is available. Do we have any control over the weather? No. Although many people have tried (ritual dances, prayers, cloud seeding, etc.) no method was ever proved effective.
The SUN is the biggest determining factor of our weather. Not our distance from the sun but how the sun's energy powers our climate and atmosphere. Weather occurs because our atmosphere is in constant motion.
