The Multiple Book Copy Service was started at the request of teachers who needed classroom sets of books so students could read together. The multiple copies range from 30 to over 100 copies of each book. Books come with pocket and card for students to sign out books. The service also provides bookmarkers for students to keep. Most books come with comprehensive teacher guides. Teachers are encouraged to suggest titles to add to the collection. Reading levels range from grades 2-12. Many audio book and video titles are available to correlate with the book titles. All entries have NYS Learning Standards assigned. Multiple book copies may be ordered online through WEBMAX. A print catalog is also available complete with index, learning standards and related media. Big Books provide multiple copies of 25 per title for students. Most Big Book titles come with an audiocassette, teacher guide, and Big Book. The Big Book Collection is designed for Pre-K through third grade students. Teachers are encouraged to suggest titles. The collection covers science, social studies, math, multicultural and language arts titles. |
