Off-Air Recording

• We record programming from Time Warner Cable. Allow 48 hours notice. Due to FCC regulations, we cannot remove commercials.
• See Request Form links below. The Easy Online Form submits an emails of your request, resulting in a confirmation of receipt being emailed back to you.
• A television program is valid for seven days.
• We have the Utica Time Warner Cable channels, in addition to these foreign language channels: Chinese, French, and Italian. The Spanish language channel is included in the basic service.
