Within Career Options, there are three basic program options
designed to meet the individual needs of each student. These
program components provide flexible progression for students
16 to 20 years of age. One of the major strengths of this program
is its ability to meet each student's particular career development
needs. Depending on a student's academic, social and behavioral
needs, he or she can enter, exit and reenter any program option
as needed to progress to a student's career potential.
Students in Career Options are provided with a variety of
support services to assist them in achieving their individual
goals. Support services include vocational assessment, career
counseling, supported work services, work study, job placement,
and basic skills training.
All Career Options components feed into the work internship
program at Sangertown Mall.
Career Options Program Course Offerings:

emphasis is placed on the student learning appropriate work behaviors,

to adjust student programming as they progress through Career
