One or Two Year Program

The Computer Repair Technician is responsible for te day-to-day maintenance and upgrading of a computer network. This course teaches many aspects of PC hardware and software. Students learn skills and techniques required by today's computer technicians, such as installing hardwar and software.

Course content parallels industry-wide certification for computer repair, called A+ certificaton.

The Computer Repair Technician second year course teaches the basics of Computer Networking Technologies, services, telecommunication protocol, network support and security. Students gain knowledge and acquire techniques and skills required by today's network technicians.

Students leave with the knowlegde and skills necessary for an entry-level position with any business, company or agency that elies on personal computer networks to conduct its business.

Course content paralels industry-wide certification for PC Network Installation called Network+ Certification.

Starting Salary Range
$8.00 - $16.00 per hour
