This program provides repair service for participating school districts' audiovisual and video equipment. The service can take place either at the BOCES Repair Shop or at the school site. School districts also have access to the repair technician for consultant services. Preventative maintenance for audio and video equipment traditionally takes place during the summer months at the school site. Schools are billed separately for any replacement parts used to repair or maintain their equipment. Replacement parts are not aidable. The service provides for the pickup and delivery of equipment on a daily basis through the Educational Communication Center’s Courier Service.
