The purpose of the Human Resources Office is to
provide organization-wide support to all staff members.

The primary responsibilities of this office include:

• recruitment and hiring,

• maintenance and management of personnel records,

•  providing regional teacher certification services for certificated employees,

while pursuing the mission statement of the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES.
