| Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information resource
management, microcomputer technology, or related field; or
•Associate's eegree in one of the areas mentioned above, and 2 years'
experience in computer/software training and troubleshooting; or
•High school graduate or GED, and four years' experience in
computer/software training and troubleshooting
- NOTE: Applicants must have permanent status as a Computer Specialist
or be reachable on the current Civil Service list

| Duties |
Training BOCES staff in computer technology and troubleshooting software
problems, local area network installation & maintenance. Ability to advise
staff in student management sstems, Web design and computer networking. |
| Salary |
$28,000 - $30,000 |
