Position English Teacher – Alternative Education
Qualifications
  • Must possess or be eligible for New York State Certification in English
  • BA required / MA preferred
  • Experience providing English Language Arts instruction in an alternative education setting.
  • Must be able to work in a highly fast-paced environment in a high school servicing at-risk students - some with behavioral issues.
Duties Responsible for the instructional delivery of the English Language Arts curriculum grades 9-12. Lincoln Academy.
Salary Based on education and experience
Starting Date September 1, 2008
