NASA Speaker at CTEC
On Oct. 1, 2007, Joe Koronowski, a flight controller for the International Space Station based out of NASA and Mission Control in Houston, TX, spoke to CTEC students about his job (Environmental Control Life Support System (ECLSS) Officer). Joe used a variety of materials and examples to give an overview. Joe is a former Marcy resident and Whitesboro High School graduate. Initially, Joe didn't think he was college material, but ended up getting an engineering degree, which led to his position at NASA. Everyone in attendance found Joe's presentation very inspirational and informative.
