Meet the Instructor

New Visions Engineering Technology is an innovative program that gives high school seniors an in-depth look at the different areas of engineering before they enter college. Working with professionals in the field allows students to experience the daily work routine.

This program is designed to integrate English and social studies into the curriculum through a variety of learning experiences. A great deal of emphasis is placed on reading, writing, problem solving, and critical thinking. Instead of textbooks, students use magazines, newspapers, and the Internet to examine current issues in our society, which helps them become more informed citizens.
