Meet the Instructor

The Food Service program allows students with special needs to receive basic instruction in the food service industry through select course offerings. The course is designed for students interested in fast food cooking in commercial establishments and institutions.

Students learn theory and receive practical experience in quantity preparation for large groups and short order cooking. Students go out on a six-week internship program at local food service establishments and institutions.
