Adults
who need preparation in either the basic skills below the eighth
grade level or preparation for obtaining a high school equivalency
diploma for employment are provided individualized instruction
in the Employment Preparation Education Program. Also, English
as a Second Language class may be held for foreign-born adults
who need to learn English and obtain a diploma.
Classes
operate 12 months a year during the day and evening. A home study
program (GRASP) is available for adults unable to attend a class
site. Counseling services are provided.
This service
is available through a cross-contract with Madison-Oneida BOCES.
