Adults who need preparation in either the basic skills below the eighth grade level or preparation for obtaining a high school equivalency diploma for employment are provided individualized instruction in the Employment Preparation Education Program. Also, English as a Second Language class may be held for foreign-born adults who need to learn English and obtain a diploma.
Classes operate 12 months a year during the day and evening. A home study program (GRASP) is available for adults unable to attend a class site. Counseling services are provided.
This service is available through a cross-contract with Madison-Oneida BOCES.
