Career Pathways students must be juniors or seniors in one of the 12 school districts affiliated with Oneida BOCES:
|
- Brookfield
- Clinton
- Holland Patent
- New Hartford
- New York Mills
- Oriskany
|
- Remsen
- Sauquoit Valley
- Utica City Schools
- Waterville
- Westmoreland
- Whitesboro
|

Career Pathways students complete a four unit sequence in technology, business, and/or communications. They also must complete three units of math, three units of science, participate in job shadowing, and complete a portfolio of their best work. These educational experiences demonstrate to college admissions counselors and to potential employers that Career Pathways Students have a solid set of diversified skills that will help them be successful in both college and work.

How
Do I Get Involved?

- Complete and send the Career Pathways Enrollment Form to the Career Pathways Office
- Contact the Career Pathways Team Leader in your school (If you don't know your Team Leader, contact the
Career Pathways Coordinator at Oneida BOCES)
- Complete the Career Pathways Certificate
Requirements:
- Fours units in a Career Pathways Curriculum Area (Technology, Business, and/or Communications)
- Three units of math
- Three units of science
- A one-day job shadowing experience through the SABA Program
- A portfolio of your best work.
