| The Employee Assistance Program assists school personnel and their families in managing life's challenges. Stress, issues of family relationships, financial or legal difficulties, alcoholism or drug abuse and other personal or family matters can grow to impair the quality of an individual's personal life and work. This service helps employees deal with these and other problems. It is free, confidential and voluntary. The EAP provides private assistance with assessment and referral, as required, to specialized agencies and services. | ||
