Three Delivery Options

Option 1. Credit recovery:

For students who have failed a course:

• receive credit by demonstrating competency in the deficient areas

• eliminates the seat time requirement posed by retaking the course

• must be taught by a teacher certified in the given subject area

• quizzes and tests are given in a proctored environment

Option 2. Online Supplemental (blended instruction):

• used with traditional classes that have a textbook assigned

• content is supplemental to regular instruction

• classes meet daily (or per school course< schedule)

• online features such as quizzes, grading, and discussion boards are available.

Option 3. Online Instructional Delivery (District Based):

• online platform is the delivery vehicle

• web-based content is the curriculum content.

• replaces district textbook

• includes links to third party material

• full course management system to monitor student progress
